Chef jake 😛

My Name is Jake Boughtwood, and I’m a 23yo Apprentice chef at a place called The Victory in West Mersea, Colchester. I goto college at the Colchester Institute where I’m studying towards a NVQ level 3 in professional cookery, which will soon be completed! (hopefully with flying colors 😀 ) I hope to one day find myself working in a top restaurant in London, or even to use my skills to travel abroad.

This is my first ever food blog, So i hope you enjoy it! I plan to be uploading some recipes of dishes that I’ve made, Some howto guides, reviews of cook books and posting on anything i find thats interesting on tinternet! Feel free to follow and comment, and i hope you enjoy my blog!

      No problem i also enjoyed looking through your blog, you have some really nice posts! It is quite hard for me maintain regular posts at the moment as I’m working so many hours, But fear not I’m working on getting some posts together, which includes some new ideas for a few different series that I’ve had! so stay tuned to see what I’ve come up with 😀 Thanks for the comment and stopping by!

      Thanks for the comment, everything’s growing so fast here, I’m defiantly going to try to keep up with it! It keeps me on my toes as a chef, and i always get to try some tasty things out! stop by again! 😀

      Thanks for the comment liz! believe or not, I’ve only actually been for chefing for 1 year and 5 months, so this really is the tip of the iceberg but hopefully If things keep progressing like they are, big things can happen for me!
